How to get Masked Monster/Shinji Hirako in All Star Tower Defense
The Masked Monster is a Hero you may summon via theHero Summonarea branching off from the main lobby. You can find him in theBranch Zcharacter sets. However, Branch Z is exclusive to World 2, so you’ll first need to progress through the story for access. He only has a1% chanceof summoning and requires Emeralds.

All Masked Monster Abilities & Upgrades in All Star Tower Defense
Masked Monster is capable of upgrading a total of eight times, and each upgrade will change the way his abilities work. With each upgrade, he can also grow his strength and potential. Masked Monster is a Ground unit, so he will take out any enemies on the ground, and he has some great AoE attacks. Take a look at all his upgrade stats below:

As you level up the character and evolve him, his abilities will also gain strength per level, making his upgraded stats even more powerful. Try him out for yourself to see how these abilities perform in battle and put him to use against a whole range of opponents.
