Armored Core 6 has two regular endings and a secret climax to the game. To get each of these endings, you must choose missions associated with these endings and branch out the core storyline. While the initial two chapters in the game do not have any optional quests, the game starts providing such alternate objectives from Chapter 3 until the final Chapter 5. Armored Core 6 Decisions Guide - Chapter 4
After reaching Chapter 4, you will have the luxury of selecting from three different missions with which to progress the story. Depending on your selection, you will receive the ending associated with the mission. These missions usually have the USB icon adjacent to them.
