You can only acquire Julio in Roblox Anime Adventuresvia the gacha-style summon system. Julio (Julius) is a Mythic tier hero, and there is only a 0.5 percent chance to get a Mythic hero on each pick. You can increase your chances if you save your picks for whenJulio is the Rate-up hero on the Special Select Banner. This will mean that you’ll have a 50 percent chance of pulling Julio if you are lucky enough to get a mythic hero.
