All Variant Dungeon rewards in FFXIV and how to get them

Variant, Criterion, and Criterion Savage dungeons are a unique set of content in Final Fantasy XIV that have a number of different ways to play. There are the branching paths of the Variants, the challenges of Criterion, and the truly difficult Savage versions, but all of them have some great rewards. Here are all the Variant Dungeon rewards in FFXIV and how to get them.

Variant Dungeon rewards in FFXIV

There are two main varieties of Variant Dungeon rewards: in-dungeon drops and currency. Each dungeon has its own currency; theSil’dihn SubterranehasSil’dihn Potsherds,Sil’dih Silver, andSil’dihn Manuscripts, whileMount RokkonhasRokkon Potsherds,Shishu Coins, andRokkon Manuscripts.

Where to trade Potsherds and Coins in Final Fantasy XIV

All of the currencies can be traded to the same NPC in Old Sharlyan.Trisassantis an Elezen found near the docks of the city atX: 12.0, Y: 13.3. He’ll trade all Sil’dihn Potsherds, Sil’dih Silver, Rokkon Potsherds, Shishu Coins, and Manuscripts for a variety of items.

Currency rewards:

All varieties of Materia IX and Materia X are also available for purchase for2xand4x Sil’dihn Silverrespectively. Materia X is also available for one Sil’dihn Manuscript.

The drop rates on all items that aren’t Potsherds or Deceiver’s Diamonds are extremely low.

Another Sil’dihn Subterrane

Another Sil’dihn Subterrane uses personal loot, so make sure you’re looting every chest!

Again, Savage uses personal loot, so don’t forget to check every chest!
