There are plenty of hidden chests for you to find in Hogwarts Legacy. The ones you should keep a close eye out for are Collection Chests. These hold collectable wand handles, conjuration spells, and traits to apply to your gear. They can be found in Hogwarts Castle, around hamlets, and even inside of Highlandsdungeons. Where to find the Collection Chests in Overlook Mine in Hogwarts Legacy
It’s important to note, you won’t be able to enter Overlook Mine until you’ve accepted the main story questIn the Shadow of the Mine. You’ll be fighting plenty of Goblins whether you are collecting these chests during the mission or after.
First Overlook Mine Collection Chest
The first chest is in a fairly straightforward location. From the entrance, follow the path to the left to descend into the mine. You’ll slide down some mud along with creepy spiders, and arrive in a cavern full of Goblins. Defeat them, then look toward the back left corner of the space.
You’ll see a wide opening covered in spider webs. Use eitherIncendioorConfringoto burn the webs. The Collection Chest you are looking for will be right behind it. It holds a random conjuration spell for your Room of Requirement.

Second Overlook Mine Collection Chest
From the first Collection Chest, useWingardium Leviosaon a nearby crate to create a way to climb up to the ledge on the right side of the large cavern that you slid into. Take the left at the fork into the orange glowing tunnel. You’ll slide down another mudslide.
The cavern here has a ledge you can climb up on your left side. Use it, then repair the bridge to your right withReparo. Across the bridge, you’ll need to fight some spiders. After you’ve done that, go through the passage the spiders crawled out of, then take a right at the fork.
You’ll see a danger sign here. That’s because of the Devil’s Snare plant all around this path. Use Lumos to make the plant recoil and continue past them. In the break between the Devil’s snare plants, you’ll see a small hole on your right. This is where your second Collection Chest is. It contains another random conjuration spell for your Room of Requirement.
