The quest requires Warriors of Light to be level 90. After completing the quest A Soulful Reunion, it can be acquired from Nashu Mhakaracca in Radz-at-Han (X:11.8, Y:11.2).

The Imperfect Gentleman
After completingLunar Conspiracy, Warriors of Light can speak with Hildibrand at Mare Lamentorum (X:27.9, Y:35.7).
