One thing I noticed while playing the Phantom Liberty expansion is while the local Dogtown Ripperdocs frequently stock the new Phantom Liberty cyberware, the Ripperdocs across the Night City still won’t have them in the shop, even if I had Phantom Liberty installed. Also, despite some items listed being tier 3, they are noticeably more powerful than their normal counterparts, albeit at a higher Cyberware Capacity cost.
