There are six Easter Eggs and references in the different lobbies of Demonologist, and not all of them are simple jumpscares. Split across three different maps, these Easter Eggs usually come in the form of a hidden word or mechanic. The different lobbies cost a fair amount of money, but after a couple of hours, each lobby or safe house can be bought and fully decorated. These lobbies bought from the Real Estate menu can be swapped between as well, so if any of these Easter Eggs were missed, it’s possible to go back for them at any time. All Old House Easter Eggs in Demonologist
In the starting lobby of Demonologist, before even trying to select a map and figure outhow the ESG works, players can find some references and scares in the lobby. TheOld Houseis the starting location, and there are two things that can be interacted with before investigating houses. In thebathroom, the wordBansheecan be found by the tub. Reading the word out loud will trigger a jumpscare, which is perfect for scaring friends new to the game.
Thedining room, meanwhile, has the wordFakirhaneon the light switch. This Turkish word can be roughly translated to “my old home” in English and is most likely just a nod to the fact that the developers are from Turkey. Reading it aloud won’t trigger anything, but it makes sense for the Old House to have this etched on the wall. Another Easter Egg with a painting of alighthouseto the left of the light switches was removed from the lobby. Should it return, all players have to do is read the wordLighthouseand check the window to trigger a jumpscare!

All Pub Easter Eggs in Demonologist
The Pubis the second location that players can purchase to host their lobbies in Demonologist. At thebar, the wordBeeris written on the counter. Reading this out loud will actually serve players a drink from whatever entity is behind the counter. To the left of this is thepiano, which can be played on its own by sayingPianointo the microphone. This is perfect for anyone who hasn’t purchased the radio and wants some background noise.
All Lighthouse Easter Eggs in Demonologist
There is only one Easter Egg in theLighthouselobby of Demonologist and it is found outside. Thegraveyard tombstonewith the wordVolcanowill cause a jumpscare after reading out loud.
Si-Yu Easter Egg in Demonologist
The cat in Demonologist willgain weight over time, swelling up like a balloon after enough time. There is a limit for its size, which can be seen after staying in the lobby long enough. Thisresetsafter launching into an investigation and the cat will go back to its starting weight when returning or switching lobbies.
