All Standard Five-Star Characters in Honkai Star Rail
There are currently seven Five-Star Characters that can be obtained by wishing on either the Stellar Warp Banner or any Limited Time Banner. You are also guaranteed to recive one of these characters for free by using 40 tickets on the Departure Warp banner,which we highly recommend that you do.

All Limited Five Star Characters in Honkai Star Rail
Limited Five Star Characters can only be obtained by using Star Rail Special Pass tickets or Stellar Jade on the Character Warp Event Banner, when the banner is dedicated to that character. Limited time banners run for about 22 or 23 days.

All Standard Five-Star Light Cones in Honkai Star Rail
Light Cones are items given to each character that boost their stats and give them bonus abilities. You can think of them like Weapons in Genshin Impact. Each Standard Five Star character has a Five-Star Light Cone that works best for them.
These Light Cones can be obtained two ways. You can pull them from the Gacha System on the Stellar Warp Banner or the Light Cone Event Warp. If you’ve built up enough Undying Starlight by pulling in the Gacha System, you can also purchase these Light Cones in the Starlight Exchange for600 Undying Starlighta piece

All Limited Five-Star Light Cones in Honkai Star Rail
Much like Limited Characters, Limited Five Star Light Cones can only be obtained by pulling on the Light Cone Event Warp while that particular Light Cone is featured. you’ll also use Star Rail Special Pass tickets to pull on this banner. All Simulated Universe Five-Star Light Cones in Honkai Star Rail
Did you know you may obtain Five-Star Light Cones as a reward for completing Simulated Universe Levels? These are presumed to be best in slot Light Cones for each version of the Trailblazer that you unlock as you play through the game. They cost eight Herta Bonds to purchase initially, and can be Superimposed with items that only cost two Herta Bonds a piece. Here they are:
