The Alchemy Commission is one of the sixCommissions of The Xianzhou Luofu, responsible for conducting research and prescribing treatments for people afflicted with various ailments. You can unlock this area by following the conflict of the Disciples of Sanctus Medicus, particularly in the Trailblaze Mission called theDesolate Depths of Despair. The area is home to 14 Basic Treasure Chests and one Warp Trotter. Here’s where you can find them.
All Alchemy Commission Basic Treasure Chest Locations in Honkai Star Rail
The Alchemy Commission is divided into two floors. Switch between them via theF1 and F2 toggleon the bottom left of the screen. Since the map for each floor is large, I divided them into the top and bottom halves. Additionally, I had a bit of trouble navigating the Alchemy Commission as the pathing is a little confusing, so if your map doesn’t look like any of the ones below, you might need to explore further to unlock the missing areas.
Alchemy Commission F1 Basic Treasure Locations
The image above represents the top half of the Alchemy Commission’s first floor. There are three Basic Treasures that you can loot.
Meanwhile, the image above represents the bottom half of the Alchemy Commission’s first floor, where there’s one last Basic Treasure you can loot. Non-Basic Chests are easily identifiable via puzzles (marked by puzzle icons) and tough battles (marked by sword icons).

Where to find the Alchemy Commission Warp Trotter in Honkai Star Rail
The Warp Trotter is located on thesecond floorof the Alchemy Commission. Head to the exact area circled in the image above to find the little space creature and defeat it for a supply of Stellar Jades. Try to attack it from afar so that it doesn’t get away.
