Having a choice is good in games, but I’m usually confused when there are a lot of characters, like in Roblox All Star Tower Defense. It’s almost impossible to make the right decision when there are so many characters to choose from. To solve this problem, I’ve ranked all 6-star characters in ASTD so you’re able to easily pick out the strongest ones.

S Tier - Best 6 Star Characters - All Star Tower Defense
Black Stache (Timeskip)
Black Stache is one of thebest characters in ASTD, as he can slow down multiple enemies at once. Although he has excellent damage, I’m using him mainly as a support-type tower to debuff enemies. Making them move slower is essential, especially if you’re playing Story mode.
ZIO (Ascended)
ZIO is another example of a great tower that can not only slow down enemies, but stop them from advancing altogether. You’ll find other characters that deal more damage, but having ZIO in critical positions on the map will ensure your victory.
A Tier 6 Star Characters - ASTD
The Strongest Curse (Sakuna)
The Strongest Curse is a character that deals a lot of AoE damage but also has a poison effect. Poisoning enemies is always a good strategy, especially if you position this tower at the enemy’s starting point.
Organs (Outrage)
Organs is another example of a very efficient AoE character in All Star Tower Defense. He has a powerful Berserk Eye ability that attacks multiple enemies in a line. If you can, reach Upgrade 6 on Organs so he can attack air units.
B Tier 6 Star ASTD Characters
Aqua Koku
Aqua Koku is a beneficial ASTD air-type character. He is a welcome addition to any build because of his Teleport Charge Blue Beam, which allows him to cover multiple positions on the map.
Erasure6
While having multiple AoE towers is great, Erasure6 is a very useful character because of his single-target attack. He’s especially useful against bosses and faster enemies that can take a lot of damage.
C Tier ASTD characters
Anti Magician
Anti Magician is a hybrid tower that deals AoE circle-shaped damage but can also change the enemy’s enchant. Upgrade 5 changes the AoE attack to a cone shape, which is always a better option.
Card Collector, Ci
Card Collector, Ci is a 6-star ASTD character that combines ground and air types of attacks. You’ll want to reach Upgrade 5 so that CCC can attack air units. His attack is mostly AoE cone-shaped, but that changes to circle attacks after Upgrade 3.
